Because the neighborhood is in the watershed, there are impervious limits for each lot. These are:

3,000 square feet for the roof area of the house. This does not limit the house to 3,000 square feet, only the roof area.
1,000 square feet for hardscapes.
2,400 square feet for driveways and parking pads.
