Jodi Bakst is a licensed real estate broker with a masters in Public Health with an emphasis in environmental management. Prior to beginning her 22-year career in real estate, Jodi worked in the environmental management field at the US Environmental Protection Agency, with an environmental law firm in Washington DC and with the State of North Carolina.
Jodi is blending her expertise in real estate, environmental management and green building in developing Array, North Carolina’s first 100% net zero energy residential community. It is her goal to blend beautiful, high performance homes, with a peaceful, natural environment.
It is so important today to live healthy, conserve energy and to live with respect for the environment. The hope is to drive more and more demand for high performance homes across all price ranges.

Cor Rademaker brings significant planning and sustainable building expertise from The Netherlands to our team. Having spent most of his career working in sustainable urban design and development, Cor’s expertise lies in sustainable buildings, green energy, green transportation and smart cities.
Cor has been instrumental in developing Array from the concept plan and design of the road to developing the building standards. Cor’s expertise has been instrumental to the development of the neighborhood.
